LOLA: Live Online Learning Activities Workshop with Thiagi and Matt (Two Opportunities)

This workshop will he offered twice. Each offering is split over two days.

Cet atelier sera proposé deux fois, une fois en français, une fois en anglais. Chaque atelier se compose de deux sessions indépendantes mais complémentaires.

This one-day workshop, split over two days, will be delivered on ZOOM. It walks the talk and teaches you to use different types of training activities in virtual classrooms. We will provide you with a conceptual framework for LOLAs, as well as countless activities you can modify and adapt to your own virtual training sessions. You will learn activities for technical, management, sales, and interpersonal content. Thiagi and Matt will use these activities to also teach you how to adapt them to best fit your needs, handle the virtual participants, and decide which activity will best work with your training objectives.

Cet atelier d’une journée, découpé en deux sessions de 3 heures sera délivré sur Zoom. Mêlant le fond et la forme, il vous permettra de découvrir différentes activités de formation pour vos sessions en lignes. 
Nous vous présenterons le concept des LOLAs, et vous ferons expérimenter de nombreuses activités que vous pourrez modifier et adapter à vos besoins. Vous découvrirez des activités sur des sujets variés : management, vente, communication interpersonnelle... Thiagi et Matt utiliseront également ces activités pour vous apprendre à les adapter au mieux à vos besoins, gérer les participants et décider quelle activité est la plus pertinente en fonction de vos objectifs.

Two Virtual Workshops with Thiagi and Matt

Use ZOOM to Increase the Interactivity of Your Virtual Workshops

The program is offered on either April 7 from 1-4 pm EDT or April 8 from 6-9 am EDT.

Coronavirus is here! But training must go on. The good news, along with the bad, is the technology has caught up. We can deliver training virtually using meeting tools like Zoom. Specifically, we can deliver activities-based training for a myriad of topics using Zoom. In fact, at The Thiagi Group, we have translated most of our games and simulations to the Live, Virtual Online Training (LVOT) setting. This three-hour program walks the talk. We will deliver it all on Zoom (although you can apply everything you learn to other platforms, as well). You will learn several activities you can steal and modify to your own trainings as we demonstrate the functionality of Zoom. Throughout, we will provide you with tips, tricks, and shortcuts to make your Zoom facilitation more effective, and more efficient. Your participants will thank you!
