THE BUILDING LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY SERIES

Matt has partnered with our friend, Nigel Paine to run a monthly series about how one can approach the complex problems of today and solve them—or at least attempt to solve them—tomorrow. BUILDING LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY will address many of the tools, the models, the theories that become the apparatuses for solving those complex problems… at systematic levels. During each session you will receive one strategic approach to complex problem solving. And perhaps, collectively if you attend all the sessions, your toolkit will be better equipped to handle the next crisis, embrace the next opportunity, or mitigate the next big risk.

Take one session. Take three sessions. Take them all. It’s up to you. Live online, all interactive sessions will provide content related to the topic, activities and simulations, and discussions. Sessions will be recorded for participants, as well.

All sessions are from 08h00 to 12h00 ET (New York time) except the two in November and December which will be 13h00 to 17h00 ET (Nigel will be in Australia!).
