Thiagi and Matt had a wonderful time this past week (May 21-25) in Denver, CO at the annual ATD International Conference. Thiagi delivered a standing room only workshop called Faster, Cheaper, Better: Blending Synchronous and Asynchronous E-Learning. Matt ran a session called The Cost Challenge: Make Better Decisions Understanding How CFOs Look at Your Costs. Both sessions were fun to deliver and well received.

We also anchored our booth, selling services, books, workshops, and card decks. This year, we shared our booth with our friend, Ed Muzio from Group Harmonics. It was so nice to see old friends and make some new one.

We were so busy, we didn't have a lot of time to take video or pictures, but here are a few. Enjoy! And, we hope to see you next year in Atlanta.

Matt was thrilled to talk with his old (young) friend and mentor Susan Fowler from the Ken Blanchard Companies. Susan is the author of the great, great book, Why Motivating People Doesn't Work and What Does. We love this book. It's the best book on motivation we've read.
