The Interactive Training Techniques Conference

Last year we ran a 3-day Interactive Techniques for Instructor-Led Training (ITILT) workshop in San Francisco with our friends Richard Cox and William Hall. We were standing room only and decided to run it again this year with some updates. The first day will be our field-tested 1-day ITILT program (see below for the description). The morning of the second day will featureCard and Board Games for Training. The second half of the day will be participant driven. We ask that participants bring in their design challenges and Thiagi, Rich, William, and Matt will act as design consultants-- ensuring you walk out of Day Two with the challenges resolved and a complete program design created.

Then, the fun really begins... Day Three will be run like a conference. We will host four independent tracks-- each one run by Thiagi, Matt, Rich, and William. Participants will attend each one, rotating throughout the day. The topics are listed below and participants will vote on the first day for which ones will make the final cut.
